On June 3rd of 2022, 22-year-old Nihar Mehta vanished from Orange, California. He was last seen at a warehouse he was leasing with his business associate, Manuel "Manny" Chavez Zamudio.
When investigators spoke to Zamudio, his story left them with more questions than answers.
